A member of your household receives any of the following benefits:

- Child Tax Credit (Income less than £16,040)
- Council Tax Benefit
- Disabled Living Allowance
- Disablement Pension
- Housing Benefit
- Income-Based Job Seekers Allowance (Income less than £16,040)
- Income Related Employment Support Allowance
- Pension Credit
- War Disablement Pension
- Working Tax Credit (Income less than £16,040)
* Large properties or homes with access or ventilation issues may incur extra costs, but these will be agreed with you before the work goes ahead.
